Two: Free forging. The raw material is heated to 1200°C in a heating furnace, then the square raw material is forged into a round cake shape, perforated, and then special equipment (roller and horse stand) is used to expand the perforated raw material to the desired size. Applicable to the above specifications (DN300-DN3000).
The necks of American standard butt welding flanges and German standard butt welding flanges of flange manufacturers can be pressed and formed during the forging process. The neck of the butt welded flange II of the pressure vessel can also be pressed out.
The flange interface of the pressure vessel is the interface for handling materials and docking other facilities. The tightness of the pressure vessel butt joint seal is a long-term guarantee for each flange joint. During the compression process, the degree of compression between the sealing groove on the end face of the flange and the gasket and the uniformity of the circumferential compression directly affect the sealing performance. The important factors affecting the sealing effect are the loading process of the bolt preload and the size of the preload.
Flange manufacturers' flange preload bolts connect gaskets and flanges. For flange sealing applications using octagonal gaskets or oval gaskets, technically, the general requirement for flange preload bolts is to gradually load on the circumference so that the gaskets are gradually and evenly embedded in the flange sealing grooves to ensure that the gaskets are No local deformation; each bolt is preloaded to the specified value. For this kind of bolt tightening process, the current process is to use a torque wrench to achieve loading, and the torque value displayed by the torque wrench is indirectly converted into the pre-tightening force of the corresponding bolt.
This torque method can achieve the control purpose intuitively, the measurement is simple, the operation process is simple, and the control procedure is simple. Process requirements for large, uniform preloading processes cannot be reliably guaranteed. Therefore, the control accuracy is low, which has a great influence on the sealing effect of the butt flange, and directly affects the long-term, reliable and stable operation of the equipment.
